Based on this assessment, we draw up a customized action plan with the appropriate tools. Depending on the tools selected, companies can unlock a more in-depth (Level 2) diagnostic, expert support or funding for specific projects.

The first step is to determine whether your company is eligible for Aero Competitiveness services. Get the ball rolling by completing the short online prequalification form.

2 Help us assess your needs

Once you have completed the prequalification questionnaire to check and confirm your eligibility, move on to the second step, the Level 1 diagnostic. The Aero Competitiveness team will send you an online questionnaire to help us assess your company’s needs and propose a personalized action plan with the most appropriate tools.

3 Review and fine-tune your personalized plan

After the Level 1 diagnostic, Aéro Montréal will provide your company with a personalized action plan and tools. You and Aéro Montréal will work together to review your plan and make any necessary adjustments.

4 Carry out your action plan using the selected tools

With your fine-tuned plan in hand, it’s time to take action by implementing the selected Aero Competitiveness tools. You’ll get support from Aéro Montréal and many available resources to carry out the relevant Level 2 diagnostics, receive expert guidance and bring your projects to fruition.

MACH

MACH supports the development of aerospace companies by fostering collaboration and innovation within the supply chain, while improving performance and competitiveness.

The MACH Excellence Framework (MEF) is a management system developed by Aéro Montréal to help companies assess their performance, identify gaps and optimize key business processes, with a focus on:

- Excellence in LEADERSHIP
- OPERATIONAL excellence
- Excellence in WORKFORCE PLANNING and DEVELOPMENT

The MEF audit is now used as a Level 2 diagnostic tool within the Aero Competitiveness Plan to assess a company’s maturity across 16 key business processes, identify gaps and suggest coherent, scalable courses of action to address them.

The findings from this diagnostic are crucial to determining the improvement options proposed as part of the Aero Competitiveness Plan.

MACH FAB 4.0

MACH FAB 4.0 increases the productivity of Québec companies through the integration of digital and advanced manufacturing technologies.
